GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL PROVISION

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the MagicTattoo.cz tattoo studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its clients (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

2. APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

A deposit of 1,000 CZK is required to book an appointment, which is payable upon scheduling. The deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total tattoo cost upon completion. If the client cancels the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. If the salon cancels the appointment, the client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit or rescheduling to a new appointment.

3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

The client can change or cancel the appointment no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited and the client will not be entitled to a refund.

4. COURSE AND COMPLETION OF SERVICE

Before commencing the tattoo, the Client will be informed about tattoo aftercare and the healing process. The Client is obliged to inform the tattoo artist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or other health issues that could affect the tattoo.

5. CLAIMS

Complaints regarding the work performed can be submitted within 30 days from the date of the tattoo. The provider reserves the right to assess the validity of the complaint. In the case of a valid complaint, the Client will be offered a free retouch or other adequate remedy.

6. PRICES

Tattoo prices are individual and depend on the complexity of the design, size, and time required to complete the work. A basic price list is available on the Provider's website.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The Provider collects and processes the Client's personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing services and in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Detailed information on personal data protection can be found in the privacy policy on the salon's website.

8. ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

Sklik ads are used to promote the Provider's services. By clicking on the advertising links, the Client agrees to the use of cookies and the processing of data for targeted marketing purposes.

9. RESPONSIBILITY

The provider is not responsible for any subsequent complications arising from failure to follow tattoo aftercare instructions or for health issues that the Client did not disclose prior to the tattoo.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time and are valid from the moment they are published on the MagicTattoo.cz website.

The Client hereby agrees to the terms and conditions set forth above.
